Steve has over 30 years' experience in financial markets and emerging technology. He began his career in London's investment banking sector, spending over 15 years at Hoare Govett, Robert Fleming and JP Morgan, where he rose to Global Head of Derivatives and Asian Products, leading teams in London, New York and Hong Kong.

He went on to found and lead several businesses, including two executive search firms serving the banking and broking sectors, and a technology consultancy delivering data, analytics and blockchain expertise to tier 1, 2 and 3 institutions. As Director of Strategic Relationships and Partnerships at SETL, a blockchain infrastructure firm, he built the enterprise sales function behind the firm's institutional growth.

At Objectivus, Steve leads business development and sales across the group. He advises fintech, financial services and consultancy firms on tokenisation, digital assets, compliance and risk, partnerships and go-to-market strategy.

Alongside his commercial career, Steve served as a Board Director at London City Lionesses FC. He speaks regularly at industry conferences and has an extensive international network across the banking, fintech and technology sectors.
